Gignouxphotos at Photofusion Book Fair 2025

Gignouxphotos are looking forward to presenting our books at Photofusion Book Fair 2025 on Sunday, 23 March from 1-5pm. Photofusion are co-hosting the fair with London Independent Photography, a community of photographers and publishers of fLIP magazine.

Established in 1990, Photofusion is an amazing photography space at the heart of Brixton, London. It has supported photographers for many years and is steeped in a rich collaborative history, creating opportunities for people to get involved in photography and expand their practice, whether through courses or the use of the organisation’s photographic facilities.

Both Alan and Chloe from Gignouxphotos studio have used the facilities at Photofusion at different points in their working lives. Richard Wills, Photofusion’s printer, made the beautiful A0 prints for our Bruised Lands exhibition shown in Glasgow during COP 26 and for our Arts Council supported exhibition You can see me, but I don’t exist, a project about refugees in the UK. He has also been integral to the Gignouxphotos photography/photobook making process, working his magic on the images before they go to the printers.

Gignouxphotos look forward to showcasing all our books at Photofusion’s Book Fair 2025. The fair will be held in their impressive new space in Beehive Place, around the corner from their old home. We will be ready to provide news on up-and-coming titles, talk about current projects and share how our books are made. Look out for our latest publications: The Powers That Be, exploring the visual language of election posters in Poland and Tangier Island, a zine about an isolated fishing community in America’s Chesapeake Bay.

We hope to see you there!
